SMS lng

People have been using cryptanalysis for centuries trying to find hidden meanings or trying to decipher codes. Looking at today's SMS lingo .. has anyone ever thought .. how would it look to someone who is a SMS illiterate. Some simple words like u (you) or l8r (later) seem to be easy because of their phonetic equivalents. But omitting vowels altogether leaves a bit of a mess while reconstructing words

Nowadays, I must admit everyone is pretty good at it .. I am trying to catch up but give me a paragraph full of these and feels like I am giving an aptitude test trying to figure out the meaning.
